Quakers in Cirencester
| WAIT patiently
PRAY tenderly LOVE responsibly FORGIVE generously |
|
| Quakers have always emphasised the importance of daily life and experience rather than particular beliefs or religious occasions. Ours is a seven-day-a-week religion. We try to live simply, focusing on what is essential and showing loving consideration for all creation. A reverence for life leads us to recognise the dignity and worth of all people, but we often fall short of our own ideals! | |
We meet at 53 Thomas Street, Cirencester, GL7 2BA, on Thursdays and Sundays at 10.30 am. In summer the garden behind the Friends' Meeting House is open, on Thursdays only, at 11.15 am until at least 4.00 pm
